yeah Graph API is not easy but can do everything if you spend enough time tinkering with it (or are willing to expose all APIs via the Enterprise App 🙂)

we do not use the full Microsoft stack but we have many workflows to Microsoft via Graph for Intune management. It is not the easiest as Microsoft will have multiple IDs for the same resource. Usually an Azure ID then the sub tool (Intune for us) has its own ID. Which means a lot of the time there are several calls to get all the necessary information. Plus creating the Enterprise app inside Azure to expose all the necessary APIs to actually properly talk to Microsoft isn’t the easiest while keeping least privileged access in mind. There are 100s of API options plus most everything is duplicated in App Only or Delegated. Plus documentation is overly complicated because Microsoft.

seems like there should be a notification with when it will reset inside the limit error Key Details on Workato Email Limits

Cap: 500 emails daily per workspace.
Reset: Resets every 24 hours (the exact reset timestamp is provided in the error notification if you hit the cap).
Policy: Workato cannot increase this built-in limit.
Alternative: If your automated recipes require sending more than 500 emails a day, you must configure and use your own external email service connector (such as Gmail, SMTP, or Microsoft Outlook) rather than the default Email by Workato utility.

i've seen this with Google a few time due to their wonderful API limits. fix was to disconnect and reconnect google account. not sure about how that would be done in Workato Embedded though.

Connecting with Workato Community and Managing Custom HRIS Automations in Dublin

Hello all. Was fortune enough to run into Aaron W. at WoW yesterday and was very happy to find a community of like minded Workato users to connect with. I am based in Dublin Ireland as a Senior IT Systems Administration for Coupa Software. I own the very custom HRIS connection into Workato that control all of our Employee Lifecycle Management events from new hires, updates and terms. I also am an Okta Administrator for the rest of the IAM role. I recently used Workato Workflow Apps to create a process for all owners of Okta Service Accounts to certify the information and validity of the accounts they own. (Probably shouldn't have done it the week before I left for a week for a conference as there were bugs but oh well, most are addressed now) I have been working a lot in Workato for about 4 years now with the first year and half being more troubleshooting and simple recipe creations but now I spend most of my working day in Workato either developing new automations or improving the efficiency of the very custom HRIS connection mentioned above. linkedin.com/in/bretbonine
