Hey Ruchi B.! Does this reoslve your issue? I got it from my Otto! Connecting Otto to Slack (Agent Studio chat interface): 1. Select Slack as the chat interface for the agent. 2. Click Create new app, this starts the Slack app creation flow. 3. Grab the Client ID, Client Secret, and Signing Secret from the Slack app's Basic Information / App Credentials page, and enter them in Workato. 4. Save, then go to the app's App Manifest and use Click here to verify to confirm the app's URL. 5. Click Add Slack trigger to finish. 6. Optional: toggle Enable channel responses to have Otto active in channels (not just DMs), choosing which channels and whether it responds to @mentions only or every message. So I have Otto and Workato linked to Slack already

I don't see an option to select the chat interface on my end

can you send a screenshot of where you're at?

I was able to get further with the help of the doc you shared, but am stuck at this stage.

Ruchi B. I think we are mixing a couple of concepts here. Otto is not the same thing as a Genie. It is a new product we are developing for teams in Slack, and can get accessed under getotto.ai

For that particular genie connection issue, you have to go to the genie settings page in your account, and add a group of Workato Identity end users who should have access to talk to it
