Can a recipe capture the start and end events of other recipes?

Hello, I am trying to build a recipe and use it to monitor job start/failure/end events of other recopies within our group. I noticed that the triggering event can only capture the Job Failure event of all the other jobs. Is there a way for my recipe to capture the start/end events of all the other jobs?

Try the Log Message to Job Report and Workato Logs

then the errors are all logged into here

In Logs page I only see errors log level. Is it possible to find logs on job start & end including jobs completed with success, not just went into error?
