How to Filter Real-Time Recipe Triggers for Comments and Worknotes in ServiceNow by User or Assignment Group

very narrow but important question about a real-time recipe trigger for comments in servicenow. does anyone know an easy (or smart way) to filter comments and worknotes so the real-time trigger only trip/process when the comment or worknote creator is a specific person or if the incident where the comment or worknote was added has a certain assignment group? The sys_journal_field table seems to too little info to do this (image). so maybe there's another way to approach this? i.e. new or updated incident real-time triggers do not appear to catch worknote and comment updates, but that would be the ideal situation.
