Hi all — Jyoti here, joining from India.
I'm an AI Solutions Architect at TalentXM, which in practice means I spend my days turning enterprise workflows into agents that actually ship rather than agents that demo well. Workato is where most of that lands, though I also build with n8n and Bedrock depending on what the problem needs — and a lot of my job is arguing about which one a given use case belongs in.
Before TalentXM I was at PwC, Accenture, Tech Mahindra and HCL, so I've seen a fair number of enterprise automation programs succeed and an educational number fail.
Happy to be useful on: agent architecture and where to draw the autonomy line, Workato vs. n8n vs. Bedrock trade-offs, and getting agentic work past enterprise governance without gutting it.
Looking forward to seeing what everyone's building.
