praveenpno there is no way to really see what happened in NetSuite that I'm aware of without having access to the System Notes to see what happened to the record. Are you able to request getting "Notes Tab" permission under Lists added to your integration role? That should let you see the integration have access to the System notes as long as that role has access to the underlying record. That error you posted looks like someone deleted either the entire SO or the 2nd line on the SO that you are expecting.
