Copilot can now help you generate FORMULAS! We're happy to announce a new way that Copilot now improves builder productivity!!   What is it?   In formula mode, you can trigger Copilot by clicking the Ask Copilot button or using the hotkey cmd + E. Once triggered, you can use natural language to ask Copilot what you need. Copilot evaluates what combination of data pills and/or formulas will best satisfy your request before displaying it. Copilot also considers the current datapills in the input field, if any.   What data does Copilot use for this generation?   When you send a prompt to Copilot, it also receives data about your current recipe and possible output data pills. This may include metadata about custom fields in the systems used in your recipe but never any job data.   Who has access?   Any US DC workspace with access to Recipe Copilot can utilise this feature! We'll notify you when this is available in the EU DC workspaces. New Intelligent Invoice Processing Accelerator by Cloudorizon This Accelerator provides a “plug and play” resource for Workato builders to incorporate into their recipes to streamline invoice processing with an OCR (Optical Character Recognition) AI. For organizations that have applications that require connecting to Accounts Payable, Document Share Drive, or Messaging Tool, the simple instructions in this manual will enable the correct applications to be used. The Invoice Accelerator provides an easy solution to process invoices to an Accounts Payable system. Features include: Receiving incoming invoices in PDF format, extracting attachments and send to OCR. Human in the loop to auto-validation of invoice data by OCR AI. Validating custom business rules in Workato by Cloudorizon’s Workato-based Business Rules Engine. Wait for resume actions allows you to define actions that can suspend jobs until an event occurs in an external system. These could be actions to: Submit an invoice and wait for approval/rejection.
