We're evaluating Workato alongside our ERP and are curious how others are using the Microsoft 365 integrations.
What business problems were you trying to solve, and which Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Planner, Power BI, Copilot, etc.) ended up providing the most value?
If you're using Workato with an ERP or operational system, I'd especially be interested in understanding how Microsoft 365 fits into those workflows.
I'm more interested in the business outcomes and lessons learned than the technical setup.
